Hornbrook Linen Gin
1 oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
3 oz Brut Champagne
Combine ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass and shake. Strain into an empty glass. Top with Brut Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Sunburst Venture
4 oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
½ oz Lillet Blanc
Served up with lemon twist.
Linen Martini
2 oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur
¼ oz Crème de Violette Liqueur
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Serve with lemon twist.
Aviation
1.75 oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
.75 oz blood orange juice
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Shake hard all ingredients together. Double strain over ice. Garnish with an orange peel or dehydrated blood orange.
Sunset Serenade
2 ¼ oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
¾ oz Aperol
2 slices cucumber
In a mixing glass, bruise cucumber slices with a muddler. Add gin, Aperol, ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Crimson Petal
Hornbrook Ten Point Gin
2 oz Hornbrook Ten Point Gin
4 ounces tonic water, chilled
Garnish: juniper berries, Grapefruit wedge & star anis pod.
Forest Tonic
1 ½ oz Hornbrook Ten Point Gin
1 oz good quality sweet vermouth
1 oz Campari
Combine all liquid ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Squeeze orange twist over drink and slip into glass.
Driftwood Harbor
¾ ounce gin
¾ ounce maraschino liqueur
¾ ounce green Chartreuse
¾ ounce lime juice
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
Adventurer's Elixir
2 oz Hornbrook Ten Point Gin
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz honey syrup
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express a lemon peel over the surface of the drink and drop into glass.
Honey Syrup -combine 2 parts honey with 1 part hot water in sealed container. Shake and let cool.
Bee's Knees
1 ½ oz Hornbrook Ten Point Gin
½ oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
¾ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
½ oz grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
½ oz simple syrup
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with expressed grapefruit peel.
Lost Horizon
1.5 oz Hornbrook Ten Point Gin
2 oz Peppermint iced tea
2 oz tonic water
1 oz Blueberry syrup
Gin and Peppermint tea in a shaker. Shake and pour into favorite glass over ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with mint and star anise.
