White Linen Cocktail
1½ oz Hornbrook Linen Gin
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz Elderflower liqueur
3 cucumber slices
Soda water
Combine gin, juice, syrup, liqueur and 3 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Pour through a double strainer into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, about two ounces. Garnish with a few cucumber slices.

1½ oz Hornbrook Linen Gin

½ oz Elderflower liqueur
3 cucumber slices
Soda water

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Strain into glass over ice. Top with a splash of soda water and stir. Garnish with red grapefruit and mint leaves.
